Restless Rose Dolls

 Hi guys!  2 months into 2026, I thought I would share some of my doll-related goals going into the new year! (Sharing my 2025 goals was honestly SUCH an amazing manifestation, so maybe we can bring some of that energy into 2026!)  Without further ado, let's get into it! A rather sad way to start, but #1 : downsize my collection.   I just received Summer (who I renamed Lottie, based on Lottie from Princess and the Frog, idk why but it clicks for me) for my birthday, and with that, there are no more dolls on my wish list!  (Isn't that funny?)  There are lots of AG dolls I like, and don't get me wrong, Claudie is really tempting, but there are no dolls that I *really* want.  At least... none that I can justify adding until my collection has gotten smaller.  (I've literally run out of room for new dolls, it's starting to get overwhelming.)   I have six dolls right off the top of my head that are either going to be posted on my Etsy, or...

Hi guys! With Valentine's Day weeks away (and all my photo prep finished), I figured I would do a walkthrough of what the 2025-2026 holiday season has looked like for RestlessRoseDolls! They won't be ranked in any particular order, but I'd love to know your favorites 😊✨ Starting with Fall / Halloween we have Eden, Jo, and Caspian & Jordan  Kirsten contributed too, on a more Thanksgiving note:  I made the pie crust with playdoh, which I painted.  I found some random berries on a tree, which I cut up and mixed with strawberry jam, and ya!  I felt a bit insane, but I LOVE how the photo turned out!   And then my dolls jumped right into Christmas, which is just naturally the most wonderful time of the year ✨ I actually cannot get over my obsession with Ellen in this photo... she looks SO stunning and magical. I was going to delete my blog, but I'm keeping it for archival purposes... and figured I could maybe possibly... post 😂.   Anyway! It's September 1st, and I figured we could touch on my "Collecting Goals" from earlier this year, and see how I've done! I have an "I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it" personality, which...  Hi! I'm not dead!  (Well... not physically anyway 😅) I've just been pulled in so  many different directions, and blogging fell on the back burner.  But, my dolls most certainly have not ♡ As a result... I've been doing a lot of set building lately, and I thought, why not do a little behind the scenes post?   I love bts because I spend the whole photo process cringing and laughing and going "wtf am I doing" since I always approach these with no plan.   ✨For example✨  This beautiful photo of Constance above? It was never supposed to be outside.  I'd simply started walking around cutting flowers even though a) I had no clue what doll I wanted to use  b) I didn't have an outfit in mind  c) I had no clue where I was going to take  the photos, and  d) I didn't know how I was supposed to pose the doll, and what backdrop to use.  Hi guys! Sorry, I’ve been dead for a hot minute!  I only have a few minutes to throw this post together, but I wanted to share some updates!  1) I got Samantha’s bed! I literally bought it JUST BECAUSE I had ONE photo in mind… idk what I’m going to do with it anymore, but here’s the photo. (I don’t even know if I like it 😭)  2) Cielo got repainted! Do you think it’s a glow up, or a glow down? Her sister (Cori) says it’s a glow down.  3) I’m graduating HS on Thursday !! I have lots of family coming, so expect me to disappear completely for a week.  4) I opened an Etsy on Saturday!
