Restless Rose Dolls

                                              Hi Guys! So... technically... I was going to delete my blog, but I'm keeping it for archival purposes... and figured I could maybe possibly... post 😂.   Anyway! It's September 1st, and I figured we could touch on my "Collecting Goals" from earlier this year, and see how I've done! I have an "I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it" personality, which... I think this post will reflect 😂 Here is a quick refresher of my collecting goals (that I made in March) for those of you who have forgotten! Top of my priority list: The AG Gourmet Kitchen  (the original aka the blue one. In my humble opinion, their gourmet kitchens get worse each time. The purple one is okay, the one for sale right now makes me loose faith in humanity. But the blue one?? With that counter space??? The photoshoots I could do oh my gos...

 Hi! I'm not dead!  (Well... not physically anyway 😅) I've just been pulled in so  many different directions, and blogging fell on the back burner.  But, my dolls most certainly have not ♡ As a result... I've been doing a lot of set building lately, and I thought, why not do a little behind the scenes post?   I love bts because I spend the whole photo process cringing and laughing and going "wtf am I doing" since I always approach these with no plan.   ✨For example✨  This beautiful photo of Constance above? It was never supposed to be outside.  I'd simply started walking around cutting flowers even though a) I had no clue what doll I wanted to use  b) I didn't have an outfit in mind  c) I had no clue where I was going to take  the photos, and  d) I didn't know how I was supposed to pose the doll, and what backdrop to use. But I prematurely cut the flowers anyway!   And then. The flowers were wilting, so we ...

 This doesn't fit in with my post for later today, but I just wanted to share that Caroline got a new repaint!!! So I thought I’d make a bonus post.  I think she just looks so precious now.  Anyway, that’s all. I’ll see y’all at 5 :)  

 Hi guys! Sorry, I’ve been dead for a hot minute!  I only have a few minutes to throw this post together, but I wanted to share some updates!  1) I got Samantha’s bed! I literally bought it JUST BECAUSE I had ONE photo in mind… idk what I’m going to do with it anymore, but here’s the photo. (I don’t even know if I like it 😭)  2) Cielo got repainted! Do you think it’s a glow up, or a glow down? Her sister (Cori) says it’s a glow down.  3) I’m graduating HS on Thursday !! I have lots of family coming, so expect me to disappear completely for a week.  4) I opened an Etsy on Saturday!  This post isn't late... it's 5:00 somewhere. Hi! So! I wasn't going to post this week.... *but* I repainted little miss Nellie in the middle of the night last night (midnight inspo hit, idk what else to say), and I took a few pictures of her today which I thought were kinda cute... so ya! I'm honestly kinda obsessed with her new repaint??? I think the lips look better. (this is how she looked before, just for references sake) Anyway! Ya!
